Glamour House Studios — Studio Rules & Policies

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.
By booking a studio session with Glamour House Studios, you acknowledge and agree to all rules, policies, and fees outlined below.

NO SHOES POLICY (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

  • NO SHOES ARE ALLOWED inside the studio

  • Talent may wear shoes ONLY if they are BRAND NEW

  • All guests must remove shoes upon entry or wear shoe covers

  • Shoe covers are required for any non-talent entering the space

  • Failure to comply may result in cleaning fees, damage charges, or immediate termination of the booking without refund

This policy helps protect our floors, sets, and studio environment.

NO REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING POLICY (IMPORTANT)

  • ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL

  • NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

  • NO CANCELLATIONS

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session

  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a rescheduling fee

  • Any change of date or time is considered a reschedule

  • Failure to show up without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the booking

By completing your booking, you agree to this policy.

General Studio Information

  • 2,000 sq ft private creative studio

  • Your booking includes exclusive use of the entire space

  • Booking time includes setup and cleanup

  • Please exit the studio on time to avoid additional fees

  • Wheelchair accessible (notify us in advance if assistance is needed)

  • All ages welcome

Parking

  • Free parking available

  • Multiple parking spaces located directly in front of the building

Sound Notice

  • The studio is not soundproof, but the area is generally quiet

  • Sundays 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Church service in an adjacent suite

  • Music must be kept at a reasonable volume

Bathrooms & Amenities

  • 1 private bathroom

  • Vanity room

  • Kitchenette

  • Air conditioning & heating available upon request

  • Speaker system available

Overtime Policy

  • Overtime is charged at 1.5× the hourly rate

  • Going past your scheduled time — even briefly — will result in an overtime charge

  • Booking time includes setup and teardown

Studio Conduct

  • NO SMOKING (Smoking fee: $200)

  • NO ALCOHOL (Alcohol fee: $100)

  • NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

  • Pets allowed only with prior approval

    • Pet fee: $100

Sets, Props & Equipment

  • Do not move, rearrange, or alter sets without permission

  • Body oil and/or glitter is NOT permitted on any of the backdrops or props.

  • Altering Sets Fee: $150, includes:

    • Rearranging sets

    • Damaged or ruined sets

    • Damaged lights or equipment

Damage & Cleaning Fees

You are financially responsible for any damage during your booking, including but not limited to:

  • Rug stains: $100

  • Wall scuffs / repainting: $60–$100

  • Extra cleaning required: $100

  • Damage to props, furniture, lights, or equipment: charged accordingly

Prohibited Materials

Not allowed without prior written approval:

  • Glitter or confetti

  • Powder, pigment, sand, paint

  • Loose or messy substances

Unauthorized use may result in additional cleaning fees or immediate termination.

Security Cameras

  • Cameras are located:

    • At the entrance

    • In the main studio area

  • NO cameras in bathrooms or dressing areas

  • Cameras are used only to monitor:

    • Arrival & departure times

    • Rule compliance

    • Damage verification

Photography & Content Rules

  • Smoke machines allowed

  • Nudity allowed

  • NO PORNOGRAPHIC CONTENT

  • Recording devices are strictly prohibited in bathrooms or dressing rooms

Guests & Capacity

  • You must inform us of the number of attendees

  • Do not exceed your booked capacity

  • Violations may result in immediate termination with no refund

Liability & Safety

  • Glamour House Studios is not responsible for injuries

  • All guests enter and use the space at their own risk

  • Please operate safely at all times

On-Site Staff

  • A team member may be present in the office/loft area

  • Staff presence is for assistance and monitoring only

  • Privacy is always respected

Agreement

By booking, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agreed to all studio rules

  • You understand NO REFUNDS are offered

  • You accept responsibility for your party and any damages

  • You agree to all fees and policies listed above
